Toxic Love

I remember when I met you
It was so clear that you were the only one for me.
We both knew it, right away.
And as the years went by, things got more complicated
We were faced with more challenges.
I begged you to stay.
Try to remember what we had at the beginning.
We were young, careless, magnetic, electric and everybody knew it. 
But what we had was toxic and almost destroyed everything we once love.
All things beauty turned ugly.
We faded away but broken heart and pain still remain.
